The NHL Goal of the Year Presented by Norwegian Cruise Line (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, One Manhattan West, 395 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10001 (“Sponsor”).

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 p.m. (NOON) Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 5, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official Sweepstakes clock.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (each such eligible entrant, an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, members, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, the National Hockey League (“NHL”), the NHL’s member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Network US, L.P. (all foregoing entities including Sponsor, the “NHL Entities”), NCL (Bahamas) Ltd., d/b/a Norwegian Cruise Line (“Norwegian”), Deltatre Inc., Wit Labs, Inc., and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies, and prize providers (collectively, the “Ineligible Entities”) as well as members of such employees’, officers’, directors’, members’, representatives’, and agents’ immediate families, namely spouses, children, siblings and parents, and/or persons living in the same household of such persons (at least three (3) months a year, whether or not related) are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. During the Sweepstakes Period, go to NHL.com/NCLGoaloftheYear, vote for one (1) of the “Goal of the Year” options provided, complete the entry form as instructed (including confirmation that you have read and agree to the Official Rules), and click “Submit Your Vote” (each, an “Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”).

Note: For Entrants using a mobile device to participate in any aspect of this Sweepstakes, message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details or any applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.

Released Parties (as defined in Section 7, below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Entries, all of which will be void.

Limit: ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. No person may enter more than once by using different email addresses and no email addresses can be used to submit more than one (1) Entry. Proof of submitting an Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. Any attempted form of entry into the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void and will be disqualified. Entries from the same person and/or email address in excess of the number stated herein will be disqualified. Any attempt by an Entrant to use multiple email accounts will result in disqualification. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all Entries by that Entrant. Entries that are incomplete, late, garbled or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. All Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS: On June 6, 2025, at Sponsor’s Corporate Office at One Manhattan West, New York, NY (or at an authorized remote NHL location if circumstances warrant), a Sponsor representative will randomly select five (5) potential grand prize winners (each, a “Grand Prize Winner”), one (1) second prize winner (the “Second Prize Winner), and five (5)  third prize winners (each, a “Third Prize Winner”) from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the “Goal of the Year” option selected. Grand Prize Winners, Second Prize Winner, and Third Prize Winners are each a “Prize Winner” and collectively, the “Prize Winners”.

5. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) AND ODDS OF WINNING: There are eleven (11) prizes (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) available to be won in this Sweepstakes as further described below. 

Five (5) grand prizes (each, a “Grand Prize”): a seven (7)-day cruise aboard Norwegian Cruise Line (a “Cruise”) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $3,950. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on destination and travel dates selected.  Cruise options exclude Prima class ships and Pride of America. Air, hotel, and transportation are not included with Grand Prize. Cruise booking details to be provided by a Norwegian representative following Sponsor’s verification of each Grand Prize Winner in according with Section 6 below. Grand Prize must be redeemed by June 30, 2026.

One (1) second prize (the “Second Prize”): consisting of: (i) two (2) tickets for the Second Prize Winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2026 NHL Winter Classic®, roundtrip, (ii) coach-class air transportation for Second Prize Winner and one (1) guest from an airport nearest to the Second Prize Winner’s residence (determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor) and onward to Miami, FL (or such other mode of transportation depending on the location of departure as noted below); and (iii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (one (1) standard room, double occupancy selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion). The ARV of the Second Prize is $3,500. Actual value of Second Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations, distance between departure airport and destination, and hotel selected. See Additional Second Prize Terms and Conditions below.

Five (5) third prizes (each, a “Third Prize”): each consisting of one (1) $500 NHL Shop digital gift code; Terms and conditions of gift code apply. Gift code to be provided to each Third Prize Winner following verification of each Third Prize Winner in accordance with Section 6 below. ARV of each Third Prize is $500.00.

The total ARV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is $25,750.  Limit one (1) Prize per Entrant.

All Prizes are in United States Dollars. In accepting a Prize, the Prize Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, county, local and all other taxes (including income and withholding) imposed on or asserted in connection with the applicable Prize and costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of the applicable Prize.

Additional Grand Prize Terms and Conditions:

Cruise Prize is subject to available space, applicable sailings, blackout dates and will be confirmed within seven (7) days of booking. Grand Prize is Cruise only. Non-included services are at the expense of the Grand Prize Winners, including but not limited to, travel to ship, gratuities, excursions, on-property restaurant charges, optional onboard expenses, casino, retail store or spa charges; any such expenses incurred are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and/or Grand Prize Winner’s guest. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if advertised Grand Prize becomes unavailable in consultation with Norwegian. Sponsor’s determinations regarding the awarding of Grand Prizes is final. Potential Grand Prize Winners and any guests must have all necessary travel documentation to travel to take the Cruise. No Prize substitutions except as provided herein. Grand Prizes are non-transferable. Ship’s Registry: United States of America and Bahamas.  Each Grand Prize Winner and their guest must travel on the same Cruise itinerary, or the certificate may be forfeited. No individual (including any guest) under twenty-one (21) years of age will be booked unless accompanied by an adult twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Grand Prize is not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize, except at Sponsor’s discretion in consultation with Norwegian due to unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.

Additional Second Prize Terms and Conditions:

Travel and hotel accommodations for Second Prize Winner and guest will be booked by Sponsor’s representative following Second Prize Winner verification in accordance with Section 6 below.  In accepting the Second Prize, the Second Prize Winner is responsible for costs and expenses  including, but not limited to, surcharges, service charges, meals/food/beverages, insurance, valid travel documentation, passports, transfers/transportation to and from the airports and additional ground transportation, car rentals, medical/health expenses, gratuities, excess baggage fees, communication charges, and all personal expenses and incidentals. Due to the nature of the Second Prize, the Second Prize Winner and guest must be available to travel between the departure and return dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Second Prize Winner and guest must travel from the same departure airport(s) on the same dates and must have all necessary documents required for travel. In the event that, for any reason and to the extent necessary, the Second Prize Winner does not have valid travel documents at the time of departure, neither such Second Prize Winner nor guest may travel, the Second Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and nothing will be substituted in its place. If at the time of departure such Second Prize Winner does have valid travel documents and guest does not have valid travel documents, such Second Prize Winner may travel unaccompanied by guest but such Second Prize Winner may not choose a new guest. There are no deviations to travel allowed except as approved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Second Prize Winner's residence is in close enough proximity to the destination city, as the Sponsor determines in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may provide ground or another means of travel in lieu of air travel. Travel arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions.

All details and other restrictions of any Prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, for whatever reason, to substitute a Prize (or any component thereof) for one (1) of equal or greater value. Prize Winners must be able to accept the applicable Prize as awarded or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner for the applicable Prize may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Grand and Second Prize Winners and Grand and Second Prize Winners’ guests must abide by all applicable venue policies and Cruise/game/event ticket terms and conditions as applicable. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke the full or partial Prize from any Grand or Second Prize Winner or Grand or Second Prize Winner’s guest who Sponsor or venue personnel deem, in its or their sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or bring the Ineligible Entities into disrepute. Sponsor is not responsible if the Cruise or any NHL® game/event is cancelled, changed or postponed for whatever reason at any time.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: On June 13, 2025, the potential Prize Winners will be notified by a Sponsor representative via email using the email address provided at time of Entry. The potential Prize Winners will be required to respond to Sponsor representative within two (2) weeks of notification in order to claim their Prize. The potential Grand and Second Prize Winners will also be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) and Liability Waiver and a W9 tax form (if applicable) (together, the “Release Forms”), all of which must be received by Sponsor by the date and time provided in the notification in order to claim their Grand or Second Prize. Each potential Grand and Second Prize Winner’s guest will also be required to sign a Publicity and Liability Release prior to participation in the Prize. Unless guest of a Grand or Second Prize Winner is a minor child of the applicable Prize Winner (or the Prize Winner is the legal guardian of guest), guest must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence prior to signing the requisite travel and publicity release in order to be eligible to accompany the Prize Winner. In the event that the guest is a minor child of the Prize Winner, or the Prize Winner is the legal guardian of the minor guest, the Prize Winner must execute the required release on guest's behalf. If a potential Prize Winner cannot (a) be contacted after two (2) attempts, (b) fails to respond and/or provide any of the Release Forms (as applicable) within the required time period, (c) is otherwise in non-compliance with these Official Rules, or (d) declines to or cannot accept the Prize to be awarded, the potential Prize Winner will not be confirmed and will forfeit their Prize. In the event that a potential Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may select an alternate potential Prize Winner for the applicable Prize by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, time permitting. Only up to three (3) applicable alternate drawings may be held, after which the applicable Prize will remain un-awarded. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Prize Winners will be declared the official Prize Winners of the Sweepstakes.

7. RELEASE; INDEMNIFICATION; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to forever and irrevocably release and hold harmless each of the Ineligible Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, governors, members, partners, partnerships, principals, owners, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, affiliates (past, present and future), related entities, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys’ fees) (collectively, “Losses”) which may occur in connection with (a) the Sweepstakes or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any Prize or any component thereof, or (c) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or Prize-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties. In addition, by participating in this Sweepstakes, to the extent permitted by law, each Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all damages, Losses, costs and expenses (including amounts paid in settlement and reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred by any of the Released Parties in connection with any third-party claim, demand, liability, suit, proceeding or action arising out of or resulting from (i) breach or alleged breach of any representations, warranties or agreements of Entrant hereunder, or (ii) Entrant’s possession, use or misuse of any Prize or any component thereof. Each Entrant hereby acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a Prize (or any components thereof) and that, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the Prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Released Parties hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.

8. PUBLICITY: Except where legally prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a Prize constitutes the Prize Winner’s agreement and consent to Sponsor’s and its affiliates’, agents’ or affiliated third parties' use of Prize Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state, for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, notice, review or approval.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All decisions of Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be binding and final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if intervening circumstances warrant, within Sponsor’s sole discretion, due to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper entry into the Sweepstakes, or for any other reason. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award a Prize from among the eligible Entries received up to the time of the termination, cancellation, suspension and/or modification. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision. In case of dispute as to the owner of an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the Entry is made. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential Prize Winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor or its designees with proof that the potential Prize Winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with a winning Entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the Entry will be deemed ineligible, and an alternate potential Prize Winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion in accordance with Section 6 above). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored or administered by any of the other Ineligible Entities except for Sponsor. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sponsor.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Without limiting anything set forth in Section 7 or Section 9 of these Official Rules, Released Parties shall not have any obligation, responsibility or liability, including any obligation or responsibility to award a Prize to any Entrant, with regard to: (a) Entries submitted through the use of any robotic or automated device/computer program or any other non-human mechanism, entity, or device; (b) Entries in excess of the stated Entry limit; (c) Entries that are illegible, late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, altered or otherwise not in compliance with or in violation of these Official Rules, whether caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or any other reason beyond the Released Parties' control; (d) any technical or human error which may occur in the creation, submission, assignment or processing of Entries in the Sweepstakes, including any technical or human error in connection with the Sweepstakes website, any applicable social media website, and/or the hosting of either of the foregoing; (e) Entries, Prize claims or notifications that are not received by the intended recipient due to transmission, technical, computer or human failures or error of any kind, including any Entries, Prize claims or notifications that are delayed, misdirected, or undelivered as a result of any failure or problem with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website (including the Sweepstakes website or the respective social media website, if applicable), satellite, provider, computer, internet connection, hand-held mobile device or any other equipment or connection used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (f) changes in an Entrant’s Entry information which affects the ability to contact such Entrant; (g) typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; (h) cancellations and/or delays or any change by any company or any other persons providing any components of any Prize due to reasons beyond the control of any of the Released Parties; (i) any interruptions/postponement/cancellation of the Sweepstakes; (j) human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information; (k) any technical malfunctions of the computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, wireless or internet service provider utilized by any of the Released Parties or by Entrant; (l) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related web pages, or any on-line service via the Internet or wireless service due to hardware or software compatibility problems; (m) any damage to Entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer, mobile device, and/or their contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; (n) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or (o) any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Released Parties.

11. DISPUTES: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.  EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH ENTRANT AND NHL (DEFINED BELOW) AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES ARISING FROM THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE LITIGATED IN COURT OR ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION; AND, IF AN ENTRANT DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, SUCH ENTRANT SHOULD NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.  FOR PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, “NHL” SHALL MEAN SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES (CURRENT AND FUTURE), INCLUDING NHL ENTERPRISES, L.P., NHL ENTERPRISES CANADA, L.P., NHL ENTERPRISES B.V., AND THE NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE, AND THE MEMBER CLUBS OF THE NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE, TOGETHER WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES AND ALL OTHER RELEASED PARTIES.  For purposes of these Official Rules, “Dispute” shall be defined as any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes.  With regard to United States (including District of Columbia) Entrants (each, a “US Entrant”), the following is a summary of the Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration, Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver, and Choice of Law terms. For full terms please visit the NHL Terms of Service at https://www.nhl.com/info/terms-of-service. Any current or future Dispute between the US Entrant and NHL shall be resolved in binding individual arbitration. Before initiating an arbitration proceeding, a written "notice of dispute" must be sent containing the following information: (1) name, contact information (address, telephone number, and email address), and account information if applicable; (2) a detailed description of the nature and basis of the Dispute; and (3) a detailed description of the nature and basis of the relief sought, including a calculation for it.  If the US Entrant has a Dispute, such US Entrant shall send the notice of Dispute by email to adr@nhl.com. US Entrant and NHL agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the Dispute for a least sixty (60) days following receipt of the notice of dispute.  If such parties cannot resolve the Dispute within that time period, it shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and heard by a single arbitrator. The AAA rules will govern except as specifically modified. All issues are for the arbitrator to decide except the following, which are for a court of competent jurisdiction to decide: (1) issues that are specifically reserved for a court and (2) issues related to the scope and enforceability of the arbitration provisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each party may bring claims (whether in court or in arbitration) against the other only in an individual capacity, and not participate as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the US Entrant and NHL waive any right to a jury trial. There are additional procedures for “multiple case filings.”  These Official Rules and any Dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the state and federal courts of New York County, New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any Dispute (except for Disputes brought in small claims court) that are not subject to arbitration or over any action involving the applicability or enforceability of any provisions of these Official Rules (including the arbitration provisions and class action waiver). Except where prohibited by law, and subject to the foregoing, Entrants agree that: (i) any and all such Disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, (ii) any and all Disputes, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees, (iii) under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential and/or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, (iv) they waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and (v) they irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the aforesaid courts, as applicable to each such Entrant, and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have.

12. PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at http://www.nhl.com/info/privacy-policy. Personal information will be used by Sponsor in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes, which may include sharing with Norwegian in order to notify Entrants, verify and confirm the winners and award prizing, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at http://www.nhl.com/info/privacy-policy. Personal information will be used by Norwegian in accordance with its privacy policy available at https://www.ncl.com/about-us/privacy-policy, which may include for marketing purposes if the Entrant has consented to receive such correspondence. With your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, Sponsor may also use and share your information to provide you with news and offers about NHL or its member clubs and business partners. There is no cost to subscribe to receiving marketing materials and you may unsubscribe from receiving marketing materials at any time without impacting your chances of winning in this Sweepstakes.

13. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the Prize Winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “NHL Goal of the Year Sweepstakes”, One Manhattan West, 395 Ninth Avenue, 24th Floor, NY, NY 10001. Winners List requests must be received no later than August 6, 2025.
